The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chakia PS Case No.41/13 registered for offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per FIR, some miscreants entered inside the house of the informant, looted away the articles and also fired causing injury to the daughter of one Anil Ram.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is not named in the FIR and later on his name transpired on confession of the co-accused and except that there is nothing against him. He is in custody since 5.2.2019.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chakia PS Case No.41 of 2013 . With the above direction, this application is allowed.
