The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No.44 of 2016 registered under Sections 47(a)(f) of the Excise Act and Section 308 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2016, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No.44 of 2016.
