The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kesaria P.S. Case No. 149 of 2019 for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh) with two sureties of the like amount each to
