2. Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 04.04.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 10029 of 2025.

3. Trial Court report reveals that on 18.09.2025, charges have been framed against petitioner and one co-accused and thereafter, prosecution has been directed to produce witnesses.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier, vide order dated 04.04.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 10029 of 2025, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected on the ground of his criminal antecedent. But, since charges have been framed and the fact that petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2024, petitioner may be extended the privilege of bail.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail petition.

6. Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge - XII, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 407 of 2022.
