The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that minor girl of the informant has been abducted by all the F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. For the alleged occurrence of 18.01.2021, the F.I.R has been registered on 26.01.2021. The victim in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71651 of 2021(2) dt.20-07-2022 2/2 her 164 Cr.P.C statement has stated that she of her own sweet-will left her house and went to her maternal uncle's house. She has not alleged any complicity of the petitioner in her elopement.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 6th Additional District & Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with Choraul P.S. Case No. 15 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
