2. Petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the allegation in the FIR it is alleged that one country made pistol and two cartridges have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that petitioner is a student and he has not committed any crime and even not any incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He next submits that petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2025 as stated in paragraph-4 and has got no criminal antecedents as

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for Regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Dev P.S. Case No.106 of 2025.
