Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail on the ground mentioned by me in my previous order dated 22.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no 33893/2016 and analogous cases and accordingly, their prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 07 of 2017/ 36 of 2017 arising out of Boadh Gaya P.S. Case no. 144/2016 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge II, Gaya stands rejected.
