JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 26.11.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20,21,22 and 25 of the NDPS Act.

From the house of the petitioner, 10-12 ganja plants and 2 Kgs. Semi prepared ganja were recovered.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery is from the joint family house. The petitioner resides outside the state and similarly situated co accused Shambhu Singh, Bambam Singh and Sarbada Singh have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 56548 of 2015. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named
