JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 30-08-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 01.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16996 of 2017, on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 13.02.2017 and the allegation against the petitioner is concocted and baseless and he has been made victim of the circumstances.

The learned A.P.P. opposes prayer for bail of the petitioner by submitting that the life of the informant is at danger and the petitioner has got criminal antecedent as he is involved in 43 cases and if he will be released on bail he will kill the informant and his family members.

No.41432 of 2017 (2) dt.30-08-2017 2/2 In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail, again prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 77 of 2017 pending in the court of C.J.M. Purnea.
