Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 and some other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he also actively participated in the alleged occurrence and threw bricks and stones.

It is submitted that specific allegation of pressing neck is against other co-accused persons. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 23.09.2020 and investigation in this case is complete.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case and the period of

No.71666 of 2021(3) dt.26-04-2022 2/2 custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur PS case No.178/1998.
