Petitioner restricts his relief to the extent that petitioner was nominated for the post of Para legal Volunteer for a period of one year and for which, he was not paid the honorarium, and, as such, he wants to file a representation before the Secretary, District Legal Service Authority, Muzaffarpur/ or Bihar State Legal Service Authority.
