This application for restoration has been filed for restoring the writ petition (C.W.J.C. No. 4713 of 2016) that was dismissed for non-prosecution on 20th of September, 2016. The application was moved in December, 2016 with a slight delay. Having considered the same and keeping in view the nature of the relief which is sought in this petition, we find that

Patna High Court MJC No.4232 of 2016(3) dt.21-01-2019 2/2 in the interest of justice, the facts explained are sufficient to allow this application and restore the petition to its original number.
