JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2019 In compliance of the order of this Court, the Regional Deputy Director of Education Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur is present in the Court. Considering the show cause filed on her behalf and the averments made therein, the present contempt petition stands disposed off. This Court also takes notice of the fact that the contemnors have stated in their show cause affidavit that the benefits of A.C.P. have already been granted to the petitioner and so far as M.A.C.P. is concerned, he is not entitled to the same. This Court is satisfied that the order of this Court has been complied with, however

Patna High Court MJC No.4804 of 2018(6) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his subsisting grievance, if any.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid liberty.
