The order dated 26.4.2018 passed by the District Programme Officer (ICDS), Patna in case No. 53 of 2017 is under challenge in the present writ application. There is provision for appeal against the said order which the petitioner has already invoked.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that she has filed Anganbari Appeal No. 12 of 2018 which is pending before the District Magistrate, Patna since 2018 which has compelled to her to approach this Court
Patna High Court CWJC No.18036 of 2019(2) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 by filing this writ petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, this application is disposed of with direction to the District Magistrate, Patna to decide the Anganbari Appeal No. 12 of 2018 within three months from the date of receipt/ production of copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
