The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) for issuance of appropriate writ or writs, directions, order or orders for commanding the respondents authorities to issue rent receipt by obtaining the amount of rent of land in question and subject matter of this writ petition;

(ii) for the direction to the respondents authorities preventing them from making

Patna High Court CWJC No.19580 of 2015(4) dt.13-02-2024 2/3 interference over the land in question which was allowed to the land owner to retain in Ceiling Case No.-58 of 1983;

(iii) for the direction to remove illegal structure from the land of the land owner which were erected by the respondents authorities with an ulterior view to have illegal possession;

(iv) for the direction to Divisional Commissioner Purnea (respondent no. -2) precluding him from considering the BLDR Appeal No. - 482 of 2013 and 11 of 2014 filed by the District Horticulture Officer and the Collector, Araria respectively in pursuance of this letter no. - 4432 dated 09.10.2013.

3. At the outset, Mr. Arvind Ujjwal, learned State Counsel submitted that an order has been passed by the Divisional Commissioner in Land Dispute Appeal No. 428 of 2013 on 30.06.2016 by which the order of the D.C.L.R., Farbisganj, Araria in Case No. 39/2010-11 was set aside.

4. The petitioner moved before the Bihar Land Tribunal in B.L.T. Case No. 799 of 2016 which too was disposed of on 15.04.2019.

5. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that according to his information, the same has been challenged in CWJC No. 22043 of 2019. As such, he submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition as already another writ petition is pending.

6. As prayed for, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
