The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 153 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Further submission is that due to land dispute, occurrence took place between the parties and both the parties have sustained injuries.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.138 of 2017 (5) dt.06-04-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 153 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
