1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14153 of 2024(2) dt.23-09-2024 2/3 following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application has been filed for directing the respondents to continue construction of +2 school, Haruwadanga, at plot no. 554, Khata No. 491 area 50 dec., which has already been started and for quashing/ setting aside the proposal dated 14.05.2024, by which it has been directed to construct the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan immediately on the land of the school and at the same time it has also been directed to institute F.I.R. against the persons who try to stop the work and further a direction be issued to restrain the respondents from constructing Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan on the land. of the Haruwadanga +2 School, where the contractor has already started construction of +2 School."

2. At the outset, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Kishanganj, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the District Magistrate, Kishanganj, within a period of two weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Kishanganj, shall consider the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14153 of 2024(2) dt.23-09-2024 3/3 same, in accordance with law and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
