On the said day also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and, therefore, as a last indulgence for hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was directed to be posted on 19.03.2024, with condition that no further adjournment shall be granted.

3. Therefore, this Court is of the considerable view that the petitioner has no interest to evince with the matter.
