Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jadiya P.S. Case No. 197 of 2023 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to enmity. Further submission is that the recovery of the illicit liquor has been made from the washroom situated outside the house of the petitioner. 4.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63464 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No. 1, Supaul in connection with Jadiya P.S.
