The petitioner is in custody since 28.06.2019 in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No.124 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 504, 506, 341 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the N.I. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire case is false and fabricated and he is willing to cooperate in any further investigation and shall not create any hindrance in the progress of the trial. It is further submitted that the petitioner has clean antecedents.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on
