Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to erroneous pay fixation, the petitioner has approached the respondents by way of filing representation, which is annexed as Annexure-6 to the writ application. He further submits that the representation addressed to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), West Champaran at Bettiah is pending since June, 2019.

Considering the fact that the representation of the
