Though the present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 31.05.2021, passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. no. 38504 of 2020 to the extent that the time granted to the petitioner for surrendering before the learned court below and obtaining the privilege of bail be extended by further four weeks, however, considering the fact that this Court has already once extended the time period for surrendering, before the learned court below, by an earlier order dated 08.12.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. no. 66598 of 2021, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition, however,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13571 of 2023(2) dt.15-03-2023 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below and avail the privilege of regular bail. Liberty so sought, is granted.

The present petition stands dismissed.
