The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Karkat P.S. Case No. 152 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Allegation against the petitioner is recovery of stolen motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no any incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.07.2017.

No.49461 of 2017 (3) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 152 of 2017.
