Sharma for the State and Mr. Purushottam Kumar Jha for the Accountant General through video conferencing.

In the present case, the petitioner is claiming his retiral dues but, counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that an order of dismissal has been passed against the petitioner and, as such, so long as the order of dismissal is standing against him, he will not be entitled to the benefit and the same has been challenged by the petitioner before this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 24697 of 2018 and, accordingly, seeks permission to withdraw

Patna High Court CWJC No.25097 of 2018(2) dt.16-06-2020 2/2 this writ application with a liberty to file fresh writ application for the retiral dues after disposal of the aforesaid writ application.

In view of the above, this writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ application after disposal of aforesaid C.W.J.C. No. 24697 of 2018.
