The present writ application has been filed for following reliefs:- (i) To issue a writ commanding the respondents to publish the M.Sc. (Math) result of the petitioner of Sessions 2013 to 2015.

(ii) To direct the respondents to publish the M.Sc. (Maths) result of the petitioner bearing Roll No.1404003, registration No.PG1310103113 immediately as petitioner has already appeared in all examination regularly but due to negligence of the respondents result of the petitioner has been withheld.

(iii) To grant any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled.

A counter affidavit is filed on behalf of the University in which it is stated that the Controller of Examination has already issued the marks-sheet of the petitioner on 10.08.2017. 4.

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of. 5.

Petitioner is directed to collect his marks-sheet from the college concerned.
