2. The present petition has been preferred for the

Patna High Court MJC No.2946 of 2025(3) dt.09-01-2026 2/2 following relief/s:

(i) for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for their willful violation and disobedience of the order and direction dated-25.09..2023, passed in C.W.J.C. No 4077 of 2018, by which the writ petition was disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach before the appropriate authority in the light of a letter of the District Magistrate.

3. A show cause has come on behalf of opposite party nos. 5 and 6, according to which, the Collector, Chapra vide an order dated 05.01.2026 has passed the order on the representation preferred allowing the pay-scale 3200-85-4900.
