2. It is common ground between the parties that the matter has been settled amicably between them. Pursuant to the matter being referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre, by order dated 26.11.2014, mediation report dated 03.02.2015 has been received, according to which the matter has been resolved on the terms of settlement enumerated therein.

3. In the above view of the matter and having regard to the stand of the parties, provisional anticipatory bail granted to petitioner (Md. Makshud), in terms of the order dated 16.09.2014,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23450 of 2014 (5) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, (East) Muzaffarpur in connection with Complaint Case No.C-1219 of 2012 stands confirmed.
