The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 07 (10) of 2010 for the offence under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for opposite party no.2, with reference to para 4 of the counter affidavit, submits that the petitioner has made false statement in para 3 of the petition that he has no criminal antecedent and he has referred two cases bearing Complaint Case No. 362 C of 2010 and Madhepura (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 732 of 2013 and in both the cases the petitioner has been declared absconder.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58313 of 2019(6) dt.12-06-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
