1. Vide order dated 28.12.2013, the District Magistrate rejected the appeal and the Divisional Commissioner also rejected the revision on 10.01.2015.

2. The Licensee expired after the appeal was rejected. In these circumstances, the present writ petition filed by the son of the licensee would not be maintainable as the license is not transferred by way of inheritance.

3. The writ petition is misconceived and is,
