KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is an application for regular bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 218 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against petitioner is of assaulting pregnant wife of informant with other accused, as a result of which she subsequently died. In para-5 of the case diary, statement of daughter of the deceased has been recorded and in her statement she has stated that all the female members of the accused family had assaulted her mother but she did not name petitioner in the incident.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of
