The petitioner seeks modification of order dated 21.05.2019 as due to some unforeseen circumstances he could not submit and file his bail bond before the court below. He submitted that the petitioner is willing to appear within a period of three weeks from today and file his bail bond and therefore the time fixed for surrender may be extended. Considering the aforesaid submission, let the time fixed in order dated 21.05.2019 be extended by further period of three weeks from today. In case the petitioner fails to surrender within the aforesaid period, the order dated 21.05.209 shall stand withdrawn automatically.
