Lastly, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 17.11.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 58852 of 2021 with following observation:

"....learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably; within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, failing which, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that till date, trial has not been concluded and out of five chargesheeted witnesses, only two witnesses have been examined and petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62951 of 2022(3) dt.15-02-2023 2/2 Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Begusarai in connection with S.T.No. 521 of 2019, arising out of Naokothi P.S. Case No. 28 of 2019.
