2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation in the FIR is that the petitioner has nexus with international gang involved in fradulent sale and purchase of trucks.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations made against him are not correct and as a matter of fact, no agreement in support of the allegations that Nagendra Kumar Singh along with the petitioner had taken the vehicles of the informant on monthly rental, is on record. Further, the case has been lodged on account of business rivalry

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69276 of 2025(4) dt.10-02-2026 2/2 merely on the ground that he runs a transport company in the name of Krishna Transport. Further, the petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2024 and only charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the application for bail on the ground that the petitioner has 75 criminal antecedent of similar nature.

6. Taking into consideration the number of criminal antecedents and that to being of similar nature, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected in connection Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 969 of 2022.

7. However, the petitioner is granted the liberty to move this Court after framing of charge. Learned court concerned is directed to ensure that the case proceeds and charges are framed.
