It appears that the petitioner has filed the present case with a direction to ensure the payment of post retiral and other admissible dues in favour of the petitioner, who superannuated as University Professor from J.P. University, Chapra w.e.f 30.06.2018. Petitioner has filed representation before the Registrar J.P, University in this regard.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15018 of 2022(2) dt.25-01-2023 2/2 Counsel for the University submits that this application may be disposed of and University shall decide on the representation filed by the petitioner within a fixed period of time.

In the aforesaid facts the circumstances of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the Registrar, J.P University, Chapra to pass a reasoned order with regard to claim statement of the petitioner annexed as Annexure1/A/B within eight weeks from today and if, any amount is payable to the petitioner calculate the admissible dues and the said amount shall be paid to the petitioner within ten weeks thereafter, With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
