Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No.232 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 406, 420, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is land dispute between the parties. The F.I.R. has been lodged after one month of the alleged occurrence. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60951 of 2022(2) dt.03-01-2023 2/2 of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Pupri in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No.232 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
