ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in Rajgir P.S. Case No.148 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 363, 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant Sanjay Gupta has stated in his written statement that he had kept his son Vivek Kumar Gupta in the guardianship of Manoj Kumar near the Ordinance Factory, Nalanda for studying. Since 8.7.2017 he was missing from there. He was informed that his son was in Maharani Hotel but he could not find him there. After some time Manoj disclosed him that his son was sitting on the Station in order to proceed for Delhi and he was picked up from Station. His son told that Bittu Ram,petitioner, had promised him for better job in Delhi and, therefore, he was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49187 of 2017 (2) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 going to Delhi. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner , above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.,-IV, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in Rajgir P.S.Case No.148 of 2017.
