1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1) That this writ application is being filed for setting aside the order dated 10.2.2021 passed by Respondent No.2 contained in Memo No.211, whereby and whereunder petitioner has been demoted to Lowest scale illegally and arbitrarily only with motive to harass the petitioner who was contesting one another case in this Hon'ble Court in which same authorities were being exposed by the Hon'ble Court for their improper and wrong allegation and it is further prayed that authorities may be directed to give all his consequential

Patna High Court CWJC No.21083 of 2021(2) dt.03-04-2024 2/2 benefits forthwith."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order of punishment dated 10.02.2021, passed by the Collector, Purnea, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from today, the Appellate Authority shall consider the same on merits and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
