JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-02-2017 The petitioner has filed the writ petition for quashing of letter dated 04.09.2015 by which an Election Officer has been appointed for conducting the election of Indian Economic Association.

From the record, it transpires that the said meeting was fixed for 29.12.2015 and the writ petition has been filed prior to that on 18.12.2015.

In view of the fact that election was proposed for the year 2015 and now it is February, 2017, nothing remains for adjudication

Patna High Court CWJC No.492 of 2016 dt.10-02-2017 2/2 and the present writ petition having become infructuous due to sheer efflux of time, stands disposed off.
