This is an application for regular bail in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 155 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of outraging modesty of informant and assaulting her, as a consequence she received injury. Informant and petitioner are agnates and there is dispute regarding partition of the property in which altercation took place and present case was instituted.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Barh,
