ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-09-2017 As prayed for, learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary corrections in the prayer portion of the petition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 03.07.2017 in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No.109 of 2014 registered for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 326, 307, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a land dispute between the parties and there is no specific allegation of firing against the petitioner rather it is against one

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42254 of 2017 (3) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 co-accused Madan Sada. He further submits that said Madan Sada has been granted bail in Cr.Misc. No.4334 of 2016, vide order dated 28.03.2016.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No.109 of 2014.
