JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the Respondent Housing Board.

In view of the averments made in paragraph 9 of the counter affidavit and Annexure A appended with it which is letter dated 5.5.2015 issued by the Revenue Officer during the pendency of this case, the petitioner seeks disposal of this writ application as he is ready to pay the amount shown in Annexure A alongwith interest which would accrued upon the aforesaid amount after 5.5.2015. Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Revenue Officer of the Bihar Housing Board, who will supply the calculation sheet reflecting the total amount which would have to be paid by the petitioner after

Patna High Court CWJC No.2548 of 2014 dt.09-02-2016 2/2 calculating the interest accrued after 5.5.2015. Thereafter, the petitioner would be required to pay the aforesaid amount within two weeks to the Housing Board. After such payment, the Board would take immediate steps for registration and transfer of the flat in question.
