The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case filed under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 448, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioners that at the first instance, the informant's side has assaulted the petitioner no.3, who got head injury. It is further submitted that specific

It is also contended that there is case and counter case. Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today in Manihari. P.S. Case No.103 of 2015, the above named petitioners, Md. Kasim @ Sk. Kasim, SK. Ishan, Md. Sakir, SK. Nazrul, SK. Guddu, SK. Ikram @ SK. Akram, SK. Nezamuddin @ Patla @ Putla, Md. Azad, Sk. Samud, Sk. Latif and Irfan @ Sk. Irfan shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
