JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 363 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Manoj Kumar Choudhary. The petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2019.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief
