2. The petitioner is an accused for the offences punishable under Section 304(B) and allied Section of the IPC. He is husband of the deceased. His earlier regular bail petition was rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 64759 of 2023.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the fresh ground for filing the regular bail petition of the petitioner is that out of six charge-sheeted witnesses, three have been examined including the informant but they did not support the prosecution case.

4. The learned trial court is directed to expedite the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64347 of 2023(3) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 trial and it is expected that the trial shall be concluded within three months. If the trial is not concluded within the stipulated time, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned court below itself.
