1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 488 of 2021 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. Further he submits that in the instant case, final form has already been submitted. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63355 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Trial No. 1607 of 2022 arising out of Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 488 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
