JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 01-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 23rd June 2012 passed in Misc. Case No. 15 of 2009 by which the court below with the consent of the parties directed to constitute a Medical Board for examination of the petitioner with regard to her pregnancy.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner has entered into marriage with Ram Ishwar Prasad son of Kishori Prasad and is pregnant of seven months.

As the court below with the consent of the parties directed for constitution of a Medical Board, this Court does not find any error in the impugned order.
