JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-06-2022 The only prayer made in the present writ petition is regarding payment of the arrears of family pension of the mother of the petitioner, amounting to a sum of Rs. 2,09,552/-. The learned counsel for the respondent- State has submitted that the aforesaid amount has stood paid to the petitioner and the said position is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, nothing survives for consideration in the present petition.
