The Learned Single Judge has dismissed the writ application, refusing to give any direction for regularization, keeping in view that the engagement of the petitioner was against a

Patna High Court LPA No.963 of 2014 dt.04-04-2017 2/2 contingent menial and there is no engagement or hiring against any sanctioned vacant post.

The Learned Single Judge has further taken note of a Division Bench's decision in the case of Ram Sewak Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar, reported in 2013 (1) PLJR 964, in the right perspective and has rightly dismissed the writ application.

Appeal has no merit, it is dismissed.
