Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 25.04.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 18882 of 2017 with a direction to the learned trial court to expedite the trial.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since long and nothing has been recovered from his possession and he has not been put on TIP. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
