The order under challenge in this writ petition is appealable one in terms of Rule 32(2) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 and as such, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to assail the impugned order before the appellate authority.
In the event the petitioner files appeal within a period of one month from today along with a copy of this order, the appellate authority shall condone the delay in filing the appeal and decide the appeal on its own merit at the earliest.
